- Bealyink Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes can only be used for full or part payment of goods from Bealyink.
- Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes cannot be used for the purchase of other Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes.
- Cards/Gift Card Codes and the re-sale of Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes sold via Bealyink is strictly prohibited.
- If the entire balance of Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available for future use or until expiry.
- All Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes hold an expiry date of 12 months from date of activation and any remaining balance after 12 months will expire and be lost.
- A Bealyink Gift Cards will not be accepted without an active Gift Card Code.
- Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt and any discrepancies must be notified immediately.
- Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes must be treated like cash, Bealyink cannot be held liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes and they will not be replaced.
- Bealyink is not responsible for any funds on Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes that are used without your knowledge.
- Bealyink Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes.
- Cleared payment is required prior to the email of Gift Cards/Gift Card Codes. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Bealyink will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
- Force Majeure: Bealyink cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
- Breach of these conditions will entitle Bealyink to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
